Heymo Terms of Service

By using Heymo, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to your use of the Heymo app and related web pages.

The service

Heymo is a one-to-one card app that helps you share short cards, photo cards, replies, emoji reactions, widgets, and notifications with someone close.

Accounts and pairing

You may use Heymo through Sign in with Apple and an invite code flow. You are responsible for keeping your account, invite codes, and pairing status safe.

User content and content rights

You must own, control, or otherwise have the necessary rights and permissions for any text, photos, replies, reactions, or other content you upload or send through Heymo.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe or violate any third-party copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, reputation, or other rights.

You grant Heymo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, reproduce, and deliver your content to your paired user as needed to provide the app experience. This license is limited to operating Heymo and providing app features such as cards, widgets, notifications, replies, and reactions.

Heymo does not claim ownership of your content. Content you send may be shown to the paired user it is intended for and may be processed through service provider infrastructure.

Prohibited use

You may not use Heymo to send illegal content, content that infringes someone else's rights, harassment, threats, hateful content, sexual exploitation, spam, malicious activity, or other abuse of the service. Heymo may take action when needed to protect the service or comply with legal obligations.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and availability

Heymo may change, improve, or discontinue features. When appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We work to provide a reliable service, but Heymo is not guaranteed to be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Heymo's liability is limited.
